Whipped Feta Dip Recipe

I first made this whipped feta dip because I had some feta going soft in the back of my fridge and guests coming over that same night, waste not, want not. What started as a fridge clean out fix has turned into a goto whipped feta recipe I make year round, no special occasion required. The unexpected twist is the hot pepper bacon jam on top: sweet, spicy, and it plays against the tang of the feta perfectly. Period.

I’ve made this one enough times to get it right, so I’m confident you’ll love it and so will your guests, or whoever you’re lucky enough to be feeding.
