Ingredients
Let's gather the ingredients!
- 1 lb shrimp head and shell removed
- 8.5 oz Tikka masala sauce
- 2 cups cabbage mix shredded
- 2 brioche buns
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- ½ tablespoon paprika
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Let's Begin!
Prepare the Shrimp
- Wash the shrimp and pat them dry.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
Caramelize the Onions
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and another tablespoon of olive oil.
