Caramelize the Onions
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and another tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the sliced onions and caramelize to your liking.
Prepare the Brioche Buns
- Butter the brioche buns and toast them in the oven on broil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Spread Tikka masala sauce on each brioche bun.
- Add caramelized onions, coleslaw mix, and the cooked shrimp.
