Let's gather the ingredients! 1 lb shrimp head and shell removed 8.5 oz Tikka masala sauce 2 cups cabbage mix shredded 2 brioche buns 1 yellow onion sliced ½ tbsp paprika 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp unsalted butter 3 tbsp olive oil
Prepare the Shrimp Wash the shrimp and pat them dry.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
Caramelize the Onions In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and another tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the sliced onions and caramelize to your liking.
Assemble the Sandwiches Spread Tikka masala sauce on each brioche bun.
Add caramelized onions, coleslaw mix, and the cooked shrimp.
