  • 1 cup Parmesan Reggiano grated
  • 10 cherry peppers finely chopped
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Begin layering the ingredients in a muffin tin, starting with:
  • Two slices of pepperoni at the bottom of each muffin cup.
  • Add a tablespoon of marinara sauce over the pepperoni.
  • Crack one egg into each cup.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese over each egg.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
