  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Corn tortillas
  • 1 pound coleslaw
  • 3 tbsp Miso Caesar dressing @getsidedish
  • Jalapeños or serrano chilies optional, for extra spice

Let's Begin!
    Season the Steak
    1. Heavily season the flank steak with salt and pepper.
    Cook the Steak
    1. Heat the butter and avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    2. Sear the steak for about 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
    Prepare the Coleslaw
    1. While the steak is cooking, add the coleslaw kit to a mixing bowl.
    2. Toss the coleslaw with the miso Caesar dressing.
