Ingredients
  

  • 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns thawed
  • 1 lb cooked turkey sausage
  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 4 oz can diced green chiles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • Salt pepper, smoked paprika (to taste)

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sauté bell pepper and onion until softened; mix with green chiles and cooked sausage.
  3. Spread hash browns in the dish, layer the sausage mixture on top, then sprinkle with half the cheese.
  4. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and paprika; pour over the layers.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown
