- Melt the butter in a medium pot over medium-high heat.
- Add lobster tails, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Heat for no longer than 2 minutes, just until lobster tails are warm.
- Remove the pot from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, lemon juice, dill, and additional seasonings if desired. Mix well.
- Split open the rolls and brush with the buttery seasoned sauce.
- Broil the bread on high until toasted to your liking.
- Fill the rolls with the lobster salad generously.
