  • 12 oz cooked lobster meat package size at @traderjoes
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • tbsp whole grain mustard
  • ½ cup celery finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice freshly-squeezed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • Old Bay Seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

Let's Begin!
  1. Melt the butter in a medium pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add lobster tails, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Heat for no longer than 2 minutes, just until lobster tails are warm.
  3. Remove the pot from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, lemon juice, dill, and additional seasonings if desired. Mix well.
  5. Split open the rolls and brush with the buttery seasoned sauce.
  6. Broil the bread on high until toasted to your liking.
  7. Fill the rolls with the lobster salad generously.
