Lemon Cheesecake Milkshake

This Lemon Cheesecake Milkshake is a quick and creamy treat combining vanilla ice cream, cream cheese, lemon curd, and milk. Blended to perfection and topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs, it’s a tangy, sweet, and indulgent dessert drink that tastes just like lemon cheesecake in a glass.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk whole or almond
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp lemon curd
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions
 

  1. Add vanilla ice cream, milk, cream cheese, lemon curd, and lemon zest to your Vitamix blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed graham crackers for garnish.
