  • 35 pitted dates seven rolls of five or five rows of seven
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 16 oz frozen cherries thawed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Let's Begin!
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Smash the pitted dates onto the lined parchment paper to form a base layer.
  3. Spread the almond butter evenly over the smashed dates.
  4. Pop the thawed cherries onto the almond butter layer.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the cherries, spreading it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle sea salt over the top for a finishing touch.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it set for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and store them in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
