  • 1 Boursin cheese ball
  • 1 bag mini peppers sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • Peppadew peppers available at the olive bar in Whole Foods or similar
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 package pepperoni diced
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package pasta of your choice

Let's Begin!
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the mini peppers into ½-inch pieces and mince the garlic.
  3. Dice the pepperoni into small cubes.
  4. Place the Boursin cheese in the center of a baking dish. Surround the cheese with the sliced mini peppers, Peppadew peppers, garlic, and diced pepperoni.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the entire dish, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake uncovered for 25 minutes, until the peppers are softened and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. While the dish is baking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  8. Once the Boursin cheese and peppers are done, add the cooked pasta to the baking dish. Mix everything together until well combined and creamy.
