  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Cannoli shells broken into pieces, for dipping

Instructions

Let's Begin!

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mascarpone, and cream cheese. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cheese mixture. Beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Using a spatula, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Then, fold in 1 broken cannoli shell.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve the chilled cannoli dip with broken pieces of cannoli shells for dipping.
