  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup beef broth or chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup California seasoning @spicetribe
  • 4 slices fried plantain flattened
  • ¼ cup spicy red salsa
  • 2 tbsp garlic cilantro sauce
  • ½ cup caramelized onions from 2-3 onions
  • 4 slices cheese organic sharp white cheddar

  • In a crockpot, combine beef stew meat, sofrito, red wine, broth, salt, pepper, and California seasoning. Mix well.
  • Cook on high for four hours.
