  • 2 pounds Argentinian red shrimp
  • 1 tbsp adobo seasoning @eatloisa
  • 2 tsp cumin ground
  • 2 tsp white pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • Cabbage shredded
  • 1 handful Queso fresco
  • 6 Corn tortillas
  • Salsa optional

Instructions
 

Let's Begin!
  1. Wash the shrimp and pat them dry.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the shrimp along with the adobo seasoning, ground cumin, white pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of avocado oil in a medium-large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Once the oil is heated, add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are fully cooked.
  5. While the shrimp are cooking, assemble your tacos. Warm the corn tortillas and layer them with the cabbage blend, cooked shrimp, salsa (if desired), and queso fresco.
