- Wash and trim the ends off the green beans.
- In a food processor, pulse garlic and ginger until finely chopped.
- Heat a wok or large skillet on high and add sesame oil.
- Add chopped garlic and ginger, plus salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant and slightly browned.
- Add the green beans, season with more salt and Bragg seasoning if using.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes or until green beans are blistered and have a crunchy texture to your liking.
