  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 cup oat milk

  • In a small pot, combine 2 cups of oat milk, a cinnamon stick, cane sugar, and vanilla paste. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • In a cup, add the sifted matcha powder.
  • Add hot water to the matcha powder and mix with a frother until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
  • Add the ice cubes to the matcha mixture.
  • Pour 1 1/2 cups of the oat horchata at room temperature over the matcha and ice.
  • Stir well and enjoy!
