  • ½ tsp matcha powder sifted
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla paste
  • ¼ cup water boiled
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 cup oat milk
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

Let's Begin!
  1. In a small pot, combine 2 cups of oat milk, a cinnamon stick, cane sugar, and vanilla paste. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  2. In a cup, add the sifted matcha powder.
  3. Add hot water to the matcha powder and mix with a frother until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Add the ice cubes to the matcha mixture.
  5. Pour 1 1/2 cups of the oat horchata at room temperature over the matcha and ice.
  6. Stir well and enjoy!
