- In a small pot, combine 2 cups of oat milk, a cinnamon stick, cane sugar, and vanilla paste. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- In a cup, add the sifted matcha powder.
- Add hot water to the matcha powder and mix with a frother until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
- Add the ice cubes to the matcha mixture.
- Pour 1 1/2 cups of the oat horchata at room temperature over the matcha and ice.
- Stir well and enjoy!
