Loaded Birria Fries

Crispy fries loaded with tender birria beef, rich consomé, melted cheddar, guacamole, and green onions, these Loaded Birria Fries are the ultimate comfort food and perfect for game day.

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • avocado oil for frying
  • salt to taste
  • Birria recipe @jennzeatz_
  • Birria consomé
  • grated English white cheddar from @costco
  • guacamole
  • green onions Chopped

Let's Begin!
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into fries.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 325°F (160°C). Fry the potatoes in batches for 4-5 minutes until they soften but stay pale. Remove and let them rest on a paper towel-lined tray for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Increase the oil temperature to 375°F (190°C). Fry the potatoes again for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove, drain on paper towels, and immediately sprinkle with salt.
  5. Serve hot with your Birria toppings!
