Fresh Green Beans Recipe

These Quick Ginger Garlic Green Beans cook up in 15 minutes, crisp, garlicky, and full of flavor from sesame oil and fresh ginger

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp fresh ginger chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • Bragg seasoning optional, to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and trim the ends off the green beans.
  • In a food processor, pulse garlic and ginger until finely chopped.
  • Heat a wok or large skillet on high and add sesame oil.
  • Add chopped garlic and ginger, plus salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant and slightly browned.
  • Add the green beans, season with more salt and Bragg seasoning if using.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes or until green beans are blistered and have a crunchy texture to your liking.
