- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- Season with Creole seasoning and herb blend.
- Add baking powder and toss to coat.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet.
- Bake 25 minutes, flip, and bake another 20–25 minutes until crispy.
- Toss in barbecue sauce or serve plain.

Set your air fryer to 415°F for 16–20 minutes (no flipping needed ?). Cook on the longer side if you like them extra crispy.
