  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 16 oz pasta
  • cups shiitake mushrooms chopped
  • 16 oz asparagus
  • 3 cups Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with asparagus, then drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta in boiling water.
  4. Melt butter in a medium pot, then add minced garlic. Once browned, pour in heavy cream and boil for 4-5 minutes on medium-high heat.
  5. Stir in Parmesan, lemon zest, mushrooms, and asparagus.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
