- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly flour a flat surface.
- Unroll the defrosted puff pastry and smooth out any creases.
- Cut puff pastry into 2x2 inch squares.
- Line a muffin pan with parchment paper squares.
- Place each puff pastry square into the muffin tin cups, gently forming loose cups.
- Fill each pastry cup with 1 teaspoon herb goat cheese and 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 15–19 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
