Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry defrosted according to package directions
  • 1/4 cup homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce
  • 1 oz herb goat cheese

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly flour a flat surface.
  2. Unroll the defrosted puff pastry and smooth out any creases.
  3. Cut puff pastry into 2x2 inch squares.
  4. Line a muffin pan with parchment paper squares.
  5. Place each puff pastry square into the muffin tin cups, gently forming loose cups.
  6. Fill each pastry cup with 1 teaspoon herb goat cheese and 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
  7. Bake for 15–19 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
