  • ¼ cup sofrito
  • 6 carrots chopped in half
  • 5 potatoes chopped in half
  • cups beef bone broth

  1. Marinate the chuck roast in a mixture of jerk marinade and sofrito overnight.
  2. Place the marinated chuck roast at the bottom of your crockpot.
  3. Surround the roast with chopped carrots and potatoes.
  4. Pour beef bone broth over the ingredients.
  5. Cook on low for eight hours or on high for four hours.
