Notes
Pears: Bartlett and Anjou pears work well because they stay pleasantly sweet and soft without disappearing too fast.
Chill time: This sangria gets better as it sits, so chilling time helps a lot.
Wine: Use a crisp, dry white like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc.
Sweetness: Start with 1 tablespoon of honey and add more after tasting.
Mocktail: Use white grape juice instead of wine, skip the brandy, and use orange juice.
Storage: Keep covered in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Strain out the fruit after the first day to keep it fresh.
