- ½ cup sugar adjust to taste
- 3 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig mint leaves

- Put the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended watermelon through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove the pulp.
- Pour the fresh lemon juice into the pitcher.
- Stir in the sugar until it dissolves. Adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Pour in the cold water and mix well.
- Add ice cubes to the pitcher or serve the lemonade over ice.
