  • 4 cups watermelon cubed and seeds removed
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4-6 lemons
  • ½ cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 3 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 sprig mint leaves

Instructions

Let's Begin!

  • Put the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended watermelon through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove the pulp.
  • Pour the fresh lemon juice into the pitcher.
  • Stir in the sugar until it dissolves. Adjust the sweetness if needed.
  • Pour in the cold water and mix well.
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher or serve the lemonade over ice.
  • Add fresh mint leaves for garnish if desired.
