- 2½ cups shiitake mushrooms chopped
- 16 oz asparagus
- 3 cups Parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ cup lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 400°F.

- Cook pasta in boiling water.
