  • 8 ounce mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 sheet puff pastry dough

Instructions

Let's Begin!

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Cut the puff pastry dough into four sections.
  • Whisk together the mascarpone, vanilla, and diced strawberries.
  • Brush butter onto parchment paper.
  • Pour brown sugar generously over the butter.
  • Add the strawberry and mascarpone mixture. (about 1/4 cup)
  • Cover with puff pastry and brush egg wash on top.
  • Poke with a fork about 5 or 6 times and add more brown sugar on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve with ice cream and walnuts and enjoy!
