  • 2 large eggs at room temperature

  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • cups zucchini shredded, packed

Let's Begin!

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl whisk eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.
  • Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  • Add shredded zucchini, oil, and chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 25-35 mins.
